Today, Jackson Hole is a winter and summer playground for outdoor enthusiasts from all over the world. More than three million tourists visit Jackson Hole annually to take advantage of activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, fishing, river rafting and kayaking on the Snake River, horseback riding, hiking, golfing and tennis.

In the evenings, there are rodeos, live musical comedy shows and even a full symphony orchestra in the summer. Galleries exhibit a number of well-known artists who make their home in the valley, and there are several craft fairs each year where local artisans exhibit their products.
